MR. TONY ABBOTT

became the elected Member for Warringah in the Commonwealth Parliament in 1994, and the Minister for Health in 2003.

PROFESSOR GEOFFREY DE Q. WALKER

is a former Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Queensland who has written extensively on constitutional issues and has been appointed to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

MS. QUY NH DAO

is a member of the Australia-Vietnam Human Rights Committee.

MR. MAX TEICHMANN

is a former member of the Faculty of Politics and Economics at Monash University, and has for many years been a commentator on Australian social and political affairs and foreign policy.

MR. R. J. STOVE

is a writer and commentator on public affairs and has had numerous articles published in Quadrant, National Observer, Chronicles and The American Conservative, and his work The Unsleeping Eye: A Brief History of the Secret Police and Their Victims was recently published by Duffy and Snellgrove.

PROFESSOR KEVIN McDONALD

is a member of the Faculty of Law in the University of California.

MR. JOHN STONE

is a former Secretary of the Australian Treasury and Senator, and is the Honorary Secretary of The Samuel Griffith Society.

DR. I.C.F. SPRY, Q.C.

is a Queen's Counsel, the Editor of National Observer and a former member of the Law Faculties of the University of Melbourne and Monash University.
