PROFESSOR GEOFFREY DE Q. WALKERis a former Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Queensland who has written extensively on constitutional issues and has been appointed to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. MS. QUY NH DAOis a member of the Australia-Vietnam Human Rights Committee. MR. MAX TEICHMANNis a former member of the Faculty of Politics and Economics at Monash University, and has for many years been a commentator on Australian social and political affairs and foreign policy. MR. R. J. STOVEis a writer and commentator on public affairs and has had numerous articles published in Quadrant, National Observer, Chronicles and The American Conservative, and his work The Unsleeping Eye: A Brief History of the Secret Police and Their Victims was recently published by Duffy and Snellgrove. PROFESSOR KEVIN McDONALDis a member of the Faculty of Law in the University of California. MR. JOHN STONEis a former Secretary of the Australian Treasury and Senator, and is the Honorary Secretary of The Samuel Griffith Society. DR. I.C.F. SPRY, Q.C.is a Queen's Counsel, the Editor of National Observer and a former member of the Law Faculties of the University of Melbourne and Monash University.
