has occupied senior management positions in large private and public sector organisations in Malaysia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom, and was a director of the Commonwealth Secretariat from 1985 to 1992.

DR ANDREW CAMPBELL

has previously contributed articles to this Journal examining Soviet intelligence, intelligence methodologies and clandestine political action in regard to Australian-United States relations, and has a special interest in the history, development and trends in Russian intelligence services.
